What does a breathe with horses session involve?

These sessions combine breathwork with the presence of horses, fostering a unique connection that enhances relaxation and self-awareness. It's a gentle and profound experience.

Are there any common concerns or worries people have before trying outdoor breathwork or mindfulness sessions with the animals that you'd like to address?

A common concern about horses is nervousness. Our sessions are designed for comfort; you'll be on a bespoke raised bench overlooking the beautiful countryside. If preferred, I can arrange for the horses and donkeys to be nearby in a separate paddock. Another concern is weather; if very bad or stormy weather is forecast, we may need to cancel for the welfare of both animals and humans. Rest assured, as an equine specialist with extensive experience, you are in safe hands.

Horses and donkeys are incredibly intuitive; they often mirror your true, authentic feelings, knowing how you feel better than you do, so just be prepared to be open minded and let the animals do what they do best!

What important bits of information would you tell someone to prepare them for their first visit or session with you?

To prepare for your first visit, we recommend wearing comfortable, layered clothing suitable for outdoor conditions, as we are based in Ireland where weather can change quickly. While we do provide extra waterproof gear, your comfort is key. Come with an open mind and a willingness to connect with nature and our animals. You don't need any prior experience in breathwork or with horses; we will guide you every step of the way.

For indoor sessions and Butekyo sessions there is no need for mats or cushions as all is provided. If possible please wear unrestricted loose clothing around the waist/stomach area. Otherwise If you have any specific concerns or needs, please let us know in advance so we can ensure the best possible experience for you.
